Olha lá que engraçado, alguém botou esse parágrafo nesse artigo, parece que o cara sentiu necessidade de dizer que "lá existem esses cachorros sem-dono que..."!!!
E reitero: vira-latice é uma coisa, cão de raça misturada é outra!! :P
